Responsibilities
- To create end-to-end analytical solutions, use Python to collect, clean, and structure complex enterprise data in order to provide accurate reporting, forecasting, and insights that will assist business leaders in making informed decisions.
- I design and develop reliable data processing flows (pipelines) and re-usable software modules using Python, which enable users to automate their data preparation, transformation, and quality assurance processes while increasing software maintenanceability, scaleability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and improve automated text analysis, summarization and knowledge extraction methods based on the fundamental principles of large language models, while ensuring that the developed methods comply with organization’s governing policies and standards.
- Create and manage the Model Context Protocol-based integrations for managing the context window of prompts, as well as managing the connection of tools to those prompts, to ensure that AI-based analysis remains consistent, auditable, and responsive to changing business requirements.
- Build and run LangGraph workflows that provide a clear graphical representation for organizing complex multi-step analytical and generative AI processes, allowing for reuse of experiments and monitoring model performance.
- I am creating chains and agents built on top of Langchain that allow for a secure connection between language models (LMs) and internal data sources and tools, which will provide non-technical stakeholders with the ability to perform complex queries, reason about their data, and receive customized insights.
- The process of analyzing large structured and unstructured data to discover trends, anomalies, and opportunities and to turn those discoveries into recommendations for action that will affect strategic decisions and result in measurable improvement in operations.
- In a hybrid workplace, work collaboratively with various cross-functional partners (e.g., product teams, engineering, and business operations) to establish analytical requirements and ensure that analytical outcomes support overall strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Develop advanced skills using Python programming as well as your familiarity with data analysis libraries, testing tools and performance tuning for the support of large scale analytic processes.
- Use a strong foundation in the fundamentals of generative AI and large language models (tokenization, context management, evaluation methods, safety considerations) to build practical analytical applications.
- Leverage hands-on experience using model context protocol to create prompt structures and manage session states and coordinate tool interactions which will allow for a robust and transparent workflow enabled by artificial intelligence.
- Use hands-on experience using LangGraph to create, track, and improve complex, multi-model, multi-tool, and decision point workflow designs for use within an organization’s business processes.
- Leverage Langchain’s capabilities to combine language models, data source retrieval components, and custom tools into a flexible, secure interface designed specifically for responding to questions and conducting analysis.
