Job Responsibility For Intern Role
- Strong hands on development in Java technologies.
- Strong hands on development in Hadoop technologies like Spark, Scala and experience on Avro.
- Participation in product feature design and documentation
- Requirement break-up, ownership and implantation.
- Product BAU deliveries and Level 3 production defects fixes.
Job Responsibility For Associate Role
- Day to day management of Process Service Delivery
- Serve as Internal/external escalation point.
- Serve as technical operational expert for queries from clients/team members etc.
- Monitoring and controlling workflows.
- Spearhead various process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring closure of tasks within prescribed SLAs
Job Responsibility For Operational Risk Management – AVP Role
- Actively drive the Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) process to ensure that the risk profile for IPB Americas remains accurate and up to date.
- Analyze monthly Contextual Data (including findings, internal and external loss data, metrics, and remediation progress) to determine if updates are required to the risk profile.
- Create and maintain an RCA Summary Report that includes key themes and risk drivers, new and emerging risks, and remediation planning.
- Coordinate a quarterly RCA workshop with Business, Risk Type Controllers and Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) to review and challenge RCA Summary Report
