What You Will Be Doing As Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- End to end recruitment – sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Skills Required for Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Recruitment and Sourcing: Proficiency in recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques is essential. You should be skilled in identifying and utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is also beneficial.
