Job Responsibility For HR Specialist Role

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks. Support the onboarding process by facilitating new employee orientation and ensuring necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
  • Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and resolving employee concerns or conflicts. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Benefits administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Performance management: Support the performance management process by assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking performance reviews, and providing guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Training and development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and provide recommendations for employee development opportunities.
