IIFL Finance 2023-24 – Gold Appraiser Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide assistance and solutions to customers’ inquiries, issues, and complaints through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer problems, troubleshoot technical issues, and address concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions, forwarding relevant information to other departments for improvement.
