Order to Cash Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verifying product availability, pricing, and customer credit status.
- Ensuring order documentation and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with sales, logistics, and other departments to fulfill orders.
- Managing inventory and coordinating with the warehouse to pick, pack, and ship products.
