What you will be doing as Content reviewer?

  • Should be ready and comfortable in viewing sensitive content and review them.
  • Should be strong psychologically to ensure candidate is able to work on the same for long hours during the day without much impact
  • Good communication skill and flexible with rotational shifts
  • Should have an eye for easily spotting the Good and bad Content on a Video

What you will be doing as Technical Support?

  • As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting end users on applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
  • Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents reported by the users via telephone, chat, email or walk-ins
  • Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action
  • Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool
  • Deal with and resolve helpdesk requests

What you will be doing as Customer Service?

  • Responding to Inquiries: Handle incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide prompt and accurate responses to their questions or concerns.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customer issues, assess their needs, and work towards resolving their problems effectively. This may involve troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with other departments, or escalating complex cases to higher-level support if necessary.
  • Providing Product/Service Information: Possess a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and effectively communicate relevant information to customers. Provide guidance on product usage, features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Processing Orders and Requests: Assist customers with placing orders, making changes to existing orders, or processing service requests. Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Handling Complaints: Address customer complaints and strive to resolve them in a fair and satisfactory manner. Display empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving skills to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
