JOBS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE (BANGALORE)
Some of the key responsibilities of Assistant Manager – Finance job include:
- Candidate applying for the job should Ensure all costs incurred are properly recorded
- Prepare journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
- Participate in strategic financial projects like implementation of ERP software
- Control large spends in a very fast-growing setup
- Prepare monthly overheads analysis before releasing the P&L to respective teams with all details/schedules
- Attend statutory auditors, internal and external auditors
- Manage and monitor the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments
- Ensure ways to have effective payments systems and faster turnarounds
- Closely supervise marketplace payments ensuring six-sigma efficiency
- Ensuring adherence to all statutory compliances (TCS, GST regulations, etc.)
- Interact with relevant stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close
- Should have the ability to analyse, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information
- Supervision of finance support related tickets
