• Manage and control total Advertisement and Promotion (A&P) spends across brands in the portfolio encompassing annual budgeting exercise, monthly forecasting, monthly reviews, variance analysis, scenario planning and financial modelling to support business decisions.
• Develop and provide insightful analysis and reporting templates with respect to the marketing spends through various matrices such as Media Command Centre, ROI calculations, Brand Mind Measures, Marketing dynamics, Media effectiveness, Competition Analysis, Expert ROI etc.
• Cross function collaboration with marketing, sales, media, insights and procurement for spends planning and forecasting, generating spends efficiency, variance analysis, control and compliance.
• Aid top management in decision making through analytics through creation of intuitive dashboards, regular management reviews and presentation decks. Identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures.
• Work closely with Compliance, Taxation and Internal Audit team to ensure Control and compliance of marketing spends through regular SOP revisions, compliance checks and frameworks. Support Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Media Audit, SOX control, Global Audit processes through-out the year.
• End-to-End Marketing payables management including PR-PO process, vendor partnering, payables provisioning, invoice processing, advances, cashflow management and payments.
