What you will be doing as Talent Acquisition Associate ?

  • Partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the hiring needs and requirements of each role.
  • Conducting candidate sourcing and screening activities, such as reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling, follow-up, and feedback.
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on the selection process, including conducting reference checks and negotiating job offers.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment, including equal opportunity and affirmative action policies.
