What You Will Be Doing As An Management Trainee – Recruitment?
- Assisting in the recruitment process: I would participate in various stages of the recruitment process, such as sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews. This involves understanding the requirements of open positions and identifying suitable candidates.
- Candidate engagement and communication: I would interact with candidates, responding to their inquiries, providing updates on their application status, and coordinating interviews. Maintaining regular communication with candidates is crucial to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Interview coordination and support: I would assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating interview logistics, and preparing interview materials. This may involve liaising with hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Applicant tracking and documentation: I would be responsible for maintaining applicant data and documentation in the company’s recruitment systems. This includes updating candidate profiles, tracking interview feedback, and ensuring data accuracy.
What You Will Be Doing As An MT-RTR?
- Ensure adherence and meeting the KPIs / SLA and review the timely execution of controls
- Drive the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
- Produce quarterly, annual and audited statutory financial statements
- Review & Posting of Month End Journal Entries
- Review & Performing Month End Close activities
- Prepare & Review of Balance sheet Accounts Reconciliations
- Handle quarterly intercompany process
What You Will Be Doing As An Domain Trainee – Cash & Collections?
- Learning about cash management and collections processes: I would undergo training and familiarize myself with the cash management and collections processes specific to the organization. This would involve understanding the company’s policies, procedures, and systems related to cash handling, invoicing, payment collection, and credit management.
- Cash handling and reconciliation: I would assist in the management of cash transactions, which includes reconciling cash receipts, updating accounting systems, and ensuring accuracy in cash reporting. This may involve working with financial software and tools to track and reconcile cash flows.
- Invoice processing and credit control: I would learn about the invoice processing and credit control procedures. This includes reviewing and verifying invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and managing customer credit limits. I would assist in maintaining accurate records and proactively addressing any payment discrepancies or issues.
- Customer relationship management: I would support efforts to maintain good relationships with customers related to cash and collections. This may involve communicating with customers to resolve payment-related queries, providing necessary documentation or information, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
