What You Will Be Doing As An HR Operations?
- Handling all requests on Employee Central across regions. Liaise with the initiators where necessary to ensure smooth completion of cases.
- Role holder should understand both PeopleSoft and Employee Central systems
- Should have knowledge on Employee Life Cycle management activities.
- Building and maintaining relationship with internal customers and vendors.
- Resolve employee queries related to HR
What You Will Be Doing As An CA Intern ?
- Assisting in Audits: I would support the audit team in conducting financial audits of client organizations. This may include verifying financial statements, examining accounting records, performing data analysis, and documenting findings.
- Financial Reporting: I could assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. This would involve analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and helping to present the information in a clear and meaningful manner.
