Job Responsibility For Assistant Engineer Role
- Support logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes (i) incidents reported by users or (ii) alarms raised by monitoring tools
- Respond to requests quickly and effectively via phone, chat, or email as per SLA defined in the process.
- Ensure that all detailed required for the issues are documented in the Ticketing system.
- L1 solving and provide support, resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction as per SOP
- Track tickets till resolution
- Involve & Intimate Incident Management to initiate Service restoration Team call (P1&P2 only)
Job Responsibility For Software Developer Role
- Software Development: Design and implement software solutions using programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- System Analysis and Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate requirements into technical specifications and design software architectures and components.
- Coding and Testing: Write, modify, and debug software code to implement desired functionality. Conduct unit testing to ensure software meets quality standards and perform debugging and troubleshooting as necessary.
- System Integration: Integrate software components with existing systems or third-party applications. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
- Documentation and Version Control: Document software designs, workflows, and processes to facilitate future maintenance and enhancements. Use version control systems, such as Git, to manage code repositories and collaborate with other developers.
