What you will be doing as Talent Acquisition Associate ?
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the hiring needs and requirements of each role.
- Conducting candidate sourcing and screening activities, such as reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling, follow-up, and feedback.
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on the selection process, including conducting reference checks and negotiating job offers.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment, including equal opportunity and affirmative action policies.
- Participating in other recruitment-related projects and initiatives, such as employer branding and candidate experience improvement programs.
