The following are the role and responsibilities for Relationship Manager :

  1. Identifying potential customers: You will be responsible for identifying potential customers who are likely to benefit from SBI Card’s products and services. You will use your knowledge of the market and your understanding of the customer’s needs to identify the right products and services for each customer.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This includes regular communication, visits, and ensuring that their needs are being met.
  3. Providing customized solutions: You will be responsible for providing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. This involves understanding the customer’s business, their financial goals, and their pain points, and providing tailored solutions to address these issues.
  4. Cross-selling and upselling: You will be responsible for cross-selling and upselling SBI Card’s products and services to existing customers. This involves identifying opportunities to introduce new products or services that can benefit the customer and increase revenue for the company.
  5. Analyzing customer data: You will be responsible for analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities. This includes monitoring customer behavior, tracking sales, and identifying areas for improvement.
  6. Providing customer support: You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to ensure that customers are satisfied with SBI Card’s products and services. This includes addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
  7. Meeting sales targets: You will be responsible for meeting sales targets set by the company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve these targets and monitoring performance to ensure that targets are met.


  1. Ensure daily productivity metrics for customer complaint resolution within TAT & accuracy as per targets defined.
  2. Handling customer queries and escalations.
  3. Analysis and reporting of repeat complaints. Liaising with teams for resolution.
  4. Maintenance of process dashboards for business reporting purposes.
  5. Pro-actively follow-up with other departments for effective issue resolution & stakeholder management
  6. Identify ways of improving current processes to enhance customer experience.
  7. Timely reporting of process metrics to the business and internal stakeholders
  8. Managing critical processing of critical queries and complaints on mainframe softwares.
  9. Resolving critical CCRP complaints and reporting data to stakeholders.
