JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

• Developing financial strategies: Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives, which may include forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Financial reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial metrics to provide insights into the organization’s financial performance.
• Accounting and bookkeeping: Overseeing the accounting and bookkeeping processes, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Tax planning and compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations and developing tax planning strategies to optimize the organization’s tax position.
• Financial risk management: Identifying and managing financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk, to ensure the organization’s financial stability.
• Financial forecasting: Conducting financial forecasting and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and manage financial risk.
• Financial analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decision-making and drive organizational growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

• Prior knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, company filings and related compliances
• .Prior knowledge of Direct Taxes and the act.
• . Prior knowledge of labor laws including but not limited to PF, ESI, LW F, Professional Tax,
  Gratuity, etc.
• A good knowledge of Legal Agreements and amendments.
• Graduate in any finance or business stream
