What You Will Be Doing As An HR Consultant
- Helping with Onboarding experience for new hires (buddy for trainees) + new hire joining formalities when workload is heavy.
- Should take up the Employee referral celebrations and initiatives.
- Involvement in Migration of India HR Policies Documents and work with each function to get the policies updated from time-to-time.
- Will be doing HR awards preparation materials (external platforms)
- Will be preparing India newsletter.
- Will be preparing ELT visitors’ agenda planning and meeting management.
- Will be taking out employee round table meeting notes

Skills Required For HR Consultant
- Person must be an extrovert personality
- Person must be able to prepare PPT(Power point presentation)
- Must be ready to take adhoc projects for other linked HR departments like HRops/HRBP/TA etc
- Must have excellent communication skills
