Job Responsibility for Analyst – Accounts Receivable Role

  1. Prepare and maintain records of accounts receivable, including receipts, claims and overdue invoices
  2. Applies all incoming cash receipts and wire payments to the appropriate general ledger accounts
  3. Computes interest charges, processes refunds and related items
  4. Performs periodic and month-end balancing and reporting activities
  5. Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualification

  1. Candidate must be Graduates/Degree Holders in commerce
  2. 1- 3 years of experience in AR/OTC domain
  3. Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
  4. Understanding of MS Office & good typing skills
  5. Attention to detail & Quality focused
  6. Good Analytical & comprehension skills
  7. Open to working in Night Shifts (3:30PM to 1:00PM or 6:00PM to 3:30AM)

Job Responsibility for Financial Analyst – Hyderabad, TG Role

  1. Prepare medium size legal entity financial statements, or components of, including underlying work papers and checklists under extremely tight deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy
  2. Prepare documentation in support of external and internal audits and provide support for Department of Insurance inquiries and examinations
  3. Prepare communications and Board reports for regulated entity officers and directors and the audit committee
  4. Maintain compliance with key controls, department policies, and the standard accounting, reporting practices & procedures
  5. Interface with business contacts for questions / issues on quarterly filings
  6. Liaison / oversee the liaison with business partners / Controllership (analytic findings, special requests, data issues)
  7. Communicate with legal entity team members and directors as required as well as in 1:1 meetings
  8. Participate / lead initiatives on working groups to develop and implement innovative approaches for continued improvement in efficiency & effectiveness
  9. Work with attention to details and accuracy with analytical bent
    Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  10. Solve complex problems and/or conduct complex analyses, including non-standard requests
  11. Deliver quality results
  12. Qualification Required

  1. CA Inter or CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA or equivalent certification
  2. 0-2 years of post-qualification experience
  3. Intermediate level of proficiency with software tools (Ex: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase / Smart View etc.)
  4. Excellent oral and written communication
  5. Thorough understanding of Accounting, General Ledger and chartfield attributes
